“But you may write as you please with regard to the Jews, in the name of the king, and seal it with the king’s ring, for an edict written in the name of the king and sealed with the king’s ring cannot be revoked.” Esther 8:8 ESV
The covenant has been sealed with the blood. When that seal is there, no man can reverse it. People will begin to see what the Lord is doing in your life and want to associate with you. They will say to you, take me to your God.
When you focus on joy, you don’t compare yourself to others. Don’t run another man’s race.
Ways to activate covenant joy are;
1. The Word: “Your words were found, and I ate them, and your words became to me a joy and the delight of my heart, for I am called by your name, O Lord, God of hosts”. Jeremiah 15:16 ESV.
Spend time in the word of God. Everything we need is on the word. Everything that pertains to life and godliness is in the word. Dig into the word. Find out what God is saying in the situation because one word from God can change your life. God’s word will never return void. It will accomplish its purpose.
2. The Holy Spirit: Spend time with the Holy Spirit. Who knows the heart of the Father except for the Spirit of the Father. Call unto me and I will answer…..“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” Romans 14:17 ESV. If we dine spend time with the Holy Spirit, we will experience righteousness, peace, and joy. “With joy, you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” Isaiah 12:3 ESV.
3. What are your Confessions: what are we saying. The tongue can either make or maim you. What you say is important. Situations should not determine what you say but God’s word should determine what you say. Whose report will you believe? “To make an apt answer is a joy to a man, and a word in season, how good it is!” Proverbs 15:23 ESV. your confession will bring joy.
4. Praise and worship: Learn to practice God’s presence at all times. “I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.
